The first hints of autumn are tinging the woods and waterfront at McLean. This is an especially delightful time to visit, drive the neighborhood streets and stroll the numerous scenic trails. There’s much new to see and, soon, to taste!
Open soon – Seven Oaks Cafe
The McLean community will soon have a restaurant.
Seven Oaks Café will open this fall for breakfast and lunch in the historic McLean House at 175 Armstrong Road.
The cafe is the creation of Belmont’s String Bean restaurant and market.
So many new homes in South Shore
Our South Shore neighborhood is alive with the symphony of hammers and saws, as new waterfront and estate homes rise along Shimmerlake Lane, Cape August Place, South Shore Drive and Seven Oaks Landing. Visit soon. Meanwhile, here’s a preview.
South shore clubhouse is nearly ready for fun!
The South Shore clubhouse and pool are just about ready for opening day later this fall.
Many homes are within easy walking distance, thanks to the club’s location in the heart of the neighborhood.
With beautifully appointed rooms like this, the South Shore clubhouse will quickly become a focal point of community events.
The Conservancy is a hit with homebuyers
The Conservancy, beside Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden and Seven Oaks Preserve, is growing quickly as buyers snatch up cottage-style homes by M/I Homes and Essex Homes. Their designs feature one-floor living with optional bonus, bath and bedrooms upstairs.
