Two new waterfront lots with excellent long-range views of Lake Wylie have just become available.

John Wieland Homes just introduced eight new lots on Cross Current Lane – all close to one of South Shore’s nature trails.

Peachtree Residential announces its new Farmhouse Design Collection with the first two homes planned for Cherry Crossing Lane.

Peachtree also has begun offering basements in select South Shore locations.

Overlake – New lots near pond and woods; walk-out basements

Shea Homes kitchenMcLean’s newest neighborhood featuring traditional one- and two-story homes is growing rapidly. The community pool and pavilion open early this summer.

The news:

Evans Coghill Homes introduces six homesites with private views of a pond and trees, plus the opportunity to add walk-out finished basements. Home prices start in the low $400s.

Shea Homes just made available several prime lots on a wooded cul-de-sac. These homes’ backyards will overlook a community woods with future hiking/biking trails.

The Conservancy – Fresh designs, new lots, special neighbor

One-floor-plus homes and low-maintenance yards have been a home run for Essex Homes and M/I Homes. The Conservancy recently launched its second phase to meet the demand.

M/I Homes has seven inventory homes under way in Phase II. Homes will be ready for move-in in three-four months.
