Classica Homes, one of Charlotte’s leading luxury builders is bringing its expertise and exquisite designs to McLean. Classica will build a model home in Hunts Point in addition to having four beautiful estate homesites available in this neighborhood. Construction of the model is slated for early this Fall with completion expected by summer 2025. Classica will also be building on eight large wooded homesites in South Shore and will be an approved builder for construction on waterfront homesites. “Classica is a great homebuilding addition for the luxury home offerings in both South Shore and Hunts Point,” said Steven Hinshaw, McLean’s developer. “Their designs will complement the fine work of our other builders and add to the rich landscape of McLean.”
