Every day is Discovery Day at McLean

Sept. 1, 2017 – Our Waterfront Homes Discovery Day last weekend drew a crowd to tour waterfront and model homes, explore waterfront lots and visit our nearly finished South Shore clubhouse.

If you missed out, we have good news: Any day can be your personal day to discover the beauty of McLean’s fine waterfront and water-view homes.

What you can see

Our master-planned community offers many home styles and locations, plus miles of trails leading to natural areas, community parks and the rapidly expanding regional Carolina Thread Trail. We encourage you to explore by car and on foot. Please look for Private Residence signs. Yes, we have quite a few residents these days!

Explorers welcome

We hope you’ll park your vehicle and take a stroll on McLean’s numerous trails (yes, you can overlook the privacy signs).

This is a great way to appreciate the many natural treasures being preserved for future generations to enjoy.

Visitors are welcome daily at McLean. Here are the locations and hours of our four model homes and McLean Information Center.
