Realtor Luncheon and Tour Gallery
Touring by trolley
A trolley and a tram carried our many Realtor tour visitors to stops throughout McLean on May 2, 2017.
Welcome to McLean
Meriwether Maynard with McLean greets our first Realtor to sign in for the event, Alyssa Mitchem with Allen Tate. Being first proved to be lucky for Alyssa, one of our four drawing winners for the day!
First look at Wieland model
The tour’s first stop was the newly completed model home by John Wieland Homes, on Shimmerlake Lane in South Shore.
Time for friends
Anne Brade, second from right, who oversees custom-home sales at McLean, shares time with friends at the Arthur Rutenberg custom waterfront home.
Beautiful view and dockable, too
This is the view from the new Arthur Rutenberg home under construction on Cape August Drive. The property has approval for a dock.
South Shore residents club
South Shore homeowners and guests will love spending time at the community club with swimming pool. The club will open later this summer.
Lake Wylie living at its finest
McSpadden Custom Homes is building its second home in McLean’s South Shore neighborhood, on an exquisite waterfront lot.
All aboard
A steady stream of visitors took our trolley and tram through The Conservancy and South Shore neighborhoods.
Much new to see
Our tram stop on Cape August Drive, where guests toured a John Wieland home overlooking a community woods and trail before heading across the street to dine and tour one of Arthur Rutenberg’s custom waterfront homes on Lake Wylie.
Award winning Peachtree model
Guests enter the Peachtree Residential model home at 200 Seven Oaks Landing in South Shore. The home won Best of Show in the 2016 Charlotte Parade of Homes for homes in the $650K to $750K price range.
Spacious kitchen and much more
We would need a 360-degree camera shot to capture the vast expanse of the Peachtree model home’s super-open kitchen, dining and living area plus adjacent porch.
Cool place to gather
Tour guests enjoy food and fellowship on the Peachtree model home porch. Just down the street, Peachtree has begun selling lots with views of the shaded pond in the woods in the background.
M/I Homes Model
M/I Homes sales staff welcome visitors to M/I’s model opening later this spring in The Conservancy. Most homes feature one-story designs with room to expand upstairs.
Essex Homes model now open
Essex Homes recently opened its model in The Conservancy – just in time for our Realtor Luncheon and Tour.
Plenty of open space
The Essex model features an open kitchen-living-dining area that worked well with our tour’s steady stream of visitors.
