Keystone Custom Homes is busy constructing single-family homes on estate-sized lots near the lake.

Hunts Point, an exclusive enclave of 22 estate-sized homesites located adjacent to Catawba Creek has a model home constructed by AR Homes that is open daily. Additionally, Classica Homes is offering designs tailored to Hunts Point on homesites 18 – 22 on Featherton Drive. 

Seven Oaks Townhomes by Tri Pointe Homes is McLean’s newest offering.
