Hunts Point

Hunts Point is an exclusive enclave of 22 estate-sized waterfront and wooded homesites. Close to McLean Marina and Seven Oaks Preserve, homes here enjoy exceptional privacy and captivating sunsets overlooking Catawba Creek on Lake Wylie.

We are pleased to announce that Classica Homes will start construction soon on a new model home to join the AR Homes model open daily in Hunts Point.

Classica expects to complete its model by Summer 2025 and has purchased the remaining four off-water homesites in the community in addition to the site for its model.
