Overlake, a neighborhood offering traditional single-family home choices, perfect for families seeking high-quality construction in an amenity-rich environment.  Tri Pointe Homes, Empire Communities, Evans Coghill Homes are the builders in Overlake, and each has a furnished model home.

South Shore, an upscale neighborhood developed using environmentally sensitive principles, features dockable home sites of up to an acre or more on the lake, and interior home sites overlooking scenic ponds, woodlands, and countryside. South Shore phase I home offerings range from estate homes by Peachtree Residential and a host of custom builders approved by McLean.

Tri Pointe Homes is now building in the second phase of South Shore and will open its model this spring.
