Easy living, close to nature, in The Conservancy
Home construction will begin early this fall in McLean’s new neighborhood, The Conservancy.
A waterfront nature preserve and the Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden surround The Conservancy on three sides.
Carolinas builder Essex Homes will offer cottage-style homes tailored to buyers seeking distinctive designs with a wide range of space arrangements.
All Essex homes in The Conservancy will feature one-story designs with optional additional living space available on the second floor. This means that any home can be built as a three-bedroom/two-bath ranch home if desired, or with additional rooms on the second floor.
Prices for Essex Homes will range from the mid-$240s to the mid-$300s, depending on floor plans, options and finishes.
- For details, contact Tina Mueller at 704-609-2721 or tmueller@essexhomes.net.
Nature is right at your doorstep in McLean
The master-planned community of McLean will have more than 100 acres of parks, trails, ponds and other natural escapes. Several green amenities are open or being finished now, including:
The Seven Oaks Preserve trail winds through 77 acres of forested land beside The Conservancy and adjacent Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden. Access the trail from McLean’s public parking area and trailhead on New Hope Road.
McLean Point is already a peaceful place to visit and will certainly be a popular gathering spot from dawn to dusk.
A trail is being constructed to McLean Point from the future South Shore residents club on Seven Oaks Landing, just around the bend from Peachtree Residential’s new homes.
The Harbortowne Marina trail will be popular with South Shore residents with boats who choose not to build on the Lake Wylie waterfront. The trail begins at the north end of Cape August Drive. The marina, just a short walk from this point, offers just about everything that boat owners might need including slips for rent.
