Essex Homes to build at The Conservancy
Home construction will start soon in McLean’s second neighborhood, The Conservancy. Essex Homes, active in more than 50 upscale neighborhoods in Charlotte and Columbia, will build cottage-style single-family homes that are tailored to homebuyers seeking distinctive designs and lower maintenance.
Prices for Essex Homes’ two-, three- and four-bedroom homes will range from the mid-$240s to the mid-$300s, depending on floor plans, options and finishes.
The Conservancy is on New Hope Road next to the 280-acre Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden and the 77-acre Seven Oaks Preserve and nature trail on Lake Wylie.
