South Shore construction update

Exclusive South Shore lakefront homes begin at under $1 million.
Both pre-sold and speculative homes are under construction by Arthur Rutenberg Homes, McSpadden Custom Homes and Peachtree Residential.
Visitors are welcome to tour South Shore. Begin at the McLean House information center, open daily at 175 Armstrong Road, for an overview and directions. New left-turn lanes and freshly planted trees and shrubs enhance South Shore’s presence along Armstrong Road. Irrigated turf lawn will come in April.
Turn right as you leave the information center and enter South Shore at nearby Seven Oaks Landing. Peachtree Residential has several homes under way near the future South Shore Residents Club. Just past the club area, turn left onto South Shore Drive. Enjoy the spring forest and glimpses of Lake Wylie as you near the McSpadden and Arthur Rutenberg homes being built on graciously sized waterfront lots along Cape August Place.
