MCLEAN IN SPRINGTIME – AHH!
McLean and Lake Wylie pulse with springtime energy, as our camera captured this week. Peachtree Residential, Arthur Rutenberg Homes and McSpadden Custom Homes are building in our South Shore neighborhood. Boaters cruise the lake, and downtown Belmont entices with flowers, shops and dining. Come see!
South Shore construction update
Visitors are welcome to tour South Shore. Begin at the McLean House information center, open daily at 175 Armstrong Road, for an overview and directions. New left-turn lanes and freshly planted trees and shrubs enhance South Shore’s presence along Armstrong Road. Irrigated turf lawn will come in April.
Turn right as you leave the information center and enter South Shore at nearby Seven Oaks Landing. Peachtree Residential has several homes under way near the future South Shore Residents Club. Just past the club area, turn left onto South Shore Drive. Enjoy the spring forest and glimpses of Lake Wylie as you near the McSpadden and Arthur Rutenberg homes being built on graciously sized waterfront lots along Cape August Place.
Exclusive lakefront homes begin at under $1 million. To learn more, contact Anne Brade of RE/MAX Executive at 704-650-4951 or Anne@annebrade.com.

McLean its builders are helping sponsor the exhibit, which has its opening night on April 28 and continues through September.
