Pardon our dust at The Conservancy and Overlake neighborhoods, but don’t let it keep you from exploring.
Even as Shea Homes finishes its model in Overlake and we ready The Conservancy’s second phase, you will find plenty to see, explore and learn about our active-lifestyle neighborhoods along South New Hope Road.
The Conservancy prepares second phase
The Conservancy has been a hit with buyers seeking the ease of spacious one-floor living, the convenience of community-provided yard care and the luxury of escaping anytime into the Seven Oaks Nature Preserve next door.
Visit the Essex model at 301 Conservancy Drive and the M/I model at 508 Gardenbrook Trail to learn more. Both models are open daily, except on some holidays.
Be sure to stop by The Conservancy’s newly finished pool and clubhouse, as well. Located on Conservancy Drive near the neighborhood entrance, the clubhouse features a community room, meeting room and fitness center.
Overlake builders open sales centers
McLean’s newest neighborhood, Overlake, offers traditional single-family homes by Shea Homes and Evans Coghill Homes and amenities that will appeal to active lifestyles, including pocket parks and an adjacent mountain-bike trail.
Evans Coghill recently opened its furnished model, open daily except major holidays at 1000 Overlake Drive.
A second home by Evans Coghill is nearing completion. Located at 1009 Overlake Drive and featuring the brand-new Stowe floor plan, this home will be completed by Memorial Day weekend and ready for move-in. Explore it now.
Shea Homes will open its model in late June and has a second home under construction nearby, as well.
Based on its popular Calistoga plan, the home embraces natural light with its two-story family room and soaring window wall. Get all the details and take a virtual tour.
While Shea finishes its model home, you can learn about Shea’s excellent designs and unique services at the temporary sales center in McLean’s Information Center at 175 Armstrong Road, Belmont.
Shea’s sales center is open 11 am-6 pm Saturdays and 1-6 pm Sundays and Mondays except Memorial Day, June 18 and July 4.
